Nelson Zide is a nationally recognized speaker, author, and full-time real estate agent with nearly 50 years of experience in the business. Licensed since 1977, he’s built a reputation on honest advice, blunt delivery, and a deep understanding of what it really takes to succeed in real estate.

Known for his high-energy teaching style and memorable storytelling, Nelson has educated thousands of agents across the country—from brand-new licensees to top producers and team leaders. He holds multiple advanced designations, including CRB, CRS, GRI, SRES, PMN, and ABR, and serves as a senior GRI instructor and national trainer.

A Boston native and UMass graduate, Nelson is also a published author and passionate fundraiser, having raised over $600,000 for muscular dystrophy causes. Whether he’s teaching, selling homes, or mentoring agents one-on-one, Nelson continues to lead by example—with humor, honesty, and hustle.
